For me the problem is that natural sciences are only accessible to academics but then any person with a faint understanding of simple psychology is now educating people and societies (there are tens of thousands of youtube channels) about subjects like depression, etc.

Today I was reading an article about the relation between prefrontal cortex and depression and I was just stunned by how much distance there is between natural and human sciences. As a researcher, it blocks me each time.
