that being said i will be out there in November doing boshis outdoor games even if it’s really cold

and lol, 😭 i thankfully have a window when I’m at home but the sun hits hard in the afternoon and makes me feel tired.

I guess it’s a little better when i go someplace else cause then i at least have to walk to/from there

hm i may try that, it can be hard to find places outside where glare from the sun isn’t an issue but not impossible

i don’t know if it’s me in particular but i need so much time outdoors / physically moving to even feel like a person and it’s rly incompatible with making games lol

kind of fucked up that in order to advance in my chosen creative pursuit I have to spend more time doing things that make me feel mentally and physically less healthy (sitting inside being on the computer)

I would say you can be just as copy over and lacking in stance in a mechanics driven game too, but the 1cm archetype of course is talking about a mechanics game that doesnt feel stale in that way

but as a primarily vibes based game creator I don’t mind this cultural moment too much. I do think people could bear to expand their idea of visual polish though
