Biophobia on Steam A woman is violated by a man. In a final act of rebellion to preserve her humanity, she takes control and opens her stomach. Unable to finish what she started she waits for you, and asks you not to look away.

Just played the wonderful Biophobia by Charlotte Madelon. It’s 10-20 minutes tops and reminds me of the best of Ice Pick Lodge games.

Just be aware it’s body horror.

It started a bit slow/gradual for me, but this thing has really gotten its hooks into me -- it's crazy how simple yet novel this concept is, and it's even crazier how mega-polished the presentation is.

Also remarkable: there's IAP, but somehow it manages to not feel scummy at all!

Starts out simple (that's how they get you!) but soon enough becomes trickier and, naturally, addictive. I LOVE sorting things into designated areas!

Stick with this past the first few levels. My first impression based on the overall structure was “oh I’ve played games like this.”

But once it starts folding in more rules you’ll realize that this is actually a VERY GOOD, VERY SMART puzzle game.
