Someone sent a flat carpet on the conveyor belt and it got stuck underneath it and it caused an alarm to go off or something and this exact thing happened at my facility

I ordered an original Xbox from fuckin Walmart and had a few hundred dollars on hold. I got my stuff in the mail and they just like.. released the hold without charging me? Has anyone experienced this? Are they going to charge me out of the blue or did I just get free shit from Walmart?
