In nearly every case, "Think of the children" is not a genuine desire to help children.

It is a protection racket where you give them power in exchange for them not accusing you of being a pedo.

But it's the people who yell it loudest who always have child abuse scandals they're trying to hide.

Kids will know certain things eventually and it sucks when its definitely not the time to talk about it but thats life. As long as people arent hurting themselves or others, y'all need to understand that whoever thinks censorship along the standards they're trying to set are good? Grow up. 3/3

When kids know something and it interests them, especially in this day and age, they go search it up on the internet. Parents have literally given children smartphones or tablets by the age of 4-10, so parents themselves have given them easy access if they refuse to do their due diligence. 2/3

I'd just like to say one thing to my friends who are in there with any NSFW content, please continue to shout about it. There arent many good faith arguments being made about the censorship of said content. Some of them may be trying to legitimately do so but a good portion definitely aren't. 1/3
