A four paneled comic page. 1.) The scene now dramatically changes to a flashback, all in much darker blue tones. We see a sniveling, rumpled looking, young Donquixote Rosinante. He has a large coat draped over his shoulders, assumably Sengoku's admiral jacket. Cora, narrating the flashback: "When I was a kid...I was saved from a very awful situation." 2.) Same as the previous panel, but now as a closeup on Rosi's face, a single eye peeking out from behind his messy bangs. Cora: "The first time I felt like things would be okay..." 3.) Cora: "...was when I saw the sunrise over the open ocean." We now see a dark, steady ocean, with the dawn beginning to peek over the horizon. 4.) The sun begins to rise over the horizon and calm ocean waves, sparkling off the water and lighting up the sky. Cora: "The blue of the sky and sea...and the yellow of the sun."

A three paneled comic page. 1.) The scene once again changes, now in 'present' day, with an adult Trafalgar Law leaning against the railing of the currently stationary Polar Tang. It seems to be very early morning, just before dawn. 2.) The same as before, but now from a different angle, showing more of the Polar Tang and the calm ocean it bobs in. Cora, from Law's memory: "As long as I could keep seeing those colors together like that- I would know that everything was gonna be alright." 3.) A close-up of Law, though the top half of his face is cut off by the panel, mainly showing off his torso as he wears a blue hoodie with his jolly roger on the front in yellow. He is still leaning back against the deck railing, looking out at the open waters.

A four paneled comic page. 1.) We now see Law's face as he is alerted by the 'ka-Clunk' of the main deck door opening, followed by a loud, drawn-out yawn. 2.) Law turns to face the individual who has joined him on the deck, a smile on his face. 3.) Said individual is revealed to be Cora-san, dressed in a Heart Pirate boiler suit and a red cap similar to his old one, but with pompoms instead of hearts. He's stretching and yawning, still obviously drowsy at the early hour. Cora: "Goood morning, Captain." Law: "Mornin', Cora-san. You're almost late." 4.) Cora grins sheepishly, though doesn't seem too bothered with this fact. Cora: "Yeah, well- I have a NORMAL sleep schedule, unlike SOME people~" Law: "Fuck off."

Cora has leaned his elbow on top of Law's head/hat, though surprisingly, Law doesn't seem to mind. They are conversing/bantering playfully, but the convo is unclear/purposefully left undetailed. Both seem to be in good spirits. End.

We now see that Law is reading the comics portion of the newspaper, a whole page devoted to Sora, Warrior of the Sea. Poison Pink is prominently featured on the page. Law: "What's your favorite color? I would assume pink-" Cora lets out a 'pfft' in response.

We see an angry, teary eyed Cora take offense to this. Cora: "JEEZE! Alright, you brat! Don't joke about that stuff!!!"

Cora looks back down at Law, smiling and spreading out both hands in a jazz-hands like motion. Cora: "Blue and yellow! That's my answer!" 3.) Law stares back up at Cora in silence, but behind him, in his thoughts, he thinks of Sora, Warrior of the Sea, who is dressed primarily in white, blue, and yellow.

Cora gives a big smile, wide eyes, and double peace signs, looking fake happy while being super irritated. Cora: "Oh yay!! You can still count!!" Law snaps back with, 'Oi!!! Fuck off!!' 2. Cora laughs, settling back down. The pov is drawn back to show that Law and Cora are sitting outside on set of stone steps. Cora: "Yes, it's two colors. It's gotta be both."

FEMA Ends Wasteful, Politicized Grant Program, Returning Agency to Core Mission of Helping Americans Recovering from Natural Disasters Release Date: April 4, 2025 Under Secretary Noem, DHS is eliminating waste, fraud and abuse WASHINGTON - FEMA is ending the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) program and canceling all BRIC applications from Fiscal Years 2020-2023. If grant funds have not been distributed to states, tribes, territories and local communities, funds will be immediately returned either to the Disaster Relief Fund or the U.S. Treasury. Statement Attributable to a FEMA Spokesperson: "The BRIC program was yet another example of a wasteful and ineffective FEMA program. It was more concerned with political agendas than helping Americans affected by natural disasters. Under Secretary Noem's leadership, we are committed to ensuring that Americans in crisis can get the help and resources they need." Approximately $882 million of funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act will be returned to the U.S. Treasury or reapportioned by Congress in the next fiscal year. The 2021 law made $1 billion available for BRIC over five years, $133 million to date has been provided for about 450 applications. FEMA estimates more than $3.6 billion will remain in the Disaster Relief Fund to assist with disaster response and recovery for communities and survivors. Ending this program will help ensure that grant funding aligns with the President's Executive Orders and Secretary Noem's direction and best support states and local communities in disaster planning, response and recovery.

3 page fancomic for luffy and law from one piece. it takes place in a modern au where law is a coroner and luffy is a forensic entomologist. page 1. panel 1: law is at her desk, anxiously waiting as she dials a number and waits for the phone to ring. she grumbles, "come on, come on," casting a glance back at a corpse surrounded by bugs. panel 2: she's sweating slightly as the person on the other end of the line answers, "hello, you've reached the office of monkey d. forensics." panel 3: the voice calls to mind the image of an anteater, for some reason. law blandly replies, "this is trafalgar from the coroner's office. is luffy available?" panel 4: a close-up of law's office phone. the person on the other end asks, "trafalgar???" completely puzzled by the name.

page 2. panel 1-4: multiple panels of law, her fist balled on her desk. with each passing moment, her frown and blush deepen, until she sighs and tries, "torao?" the other person gasps in instant recognition, "oh! TORAO!" panel 5: it turns out that it's usopp on the other end. he grins smugly and tells law, "yeah, luffy's AVAILABLE," with extra emphasis on the final word. panel 6: usopp says, "please hold," before stage-whispering, "psst! it's HER!" to luffy. luffy stands up quickly, grinning brightly with excitement. panel 7: luffy slams into usopp's desk, grabbing the phone with a loud, "torao!" as usopp flails and falls behind her.
