my comics advice is: show feet

it sounds like dumb online meme nonsense but it's not; every 2-3 pages make sure you draw your character so their feet show, it grounds them in the environment and forces you to vary your panel composition.

a haggard, beat up zoro leans on sanji, who also looks quite haggard and beat up, as this takes place directly after kuma. zoro asks, "how'd you find me so quick, anyway?". sanji thinks to himself, "don't look at his exposed tit"

sanji responds, "ah yeah we got you chipped a while back so we wouldn't lose you." zoro, turned to look at sanji a bit angrily, responds, "what." sanji, freaked out, says, "did i say the did thing out loud" zoro again says, "what." with more emphasis.

continuation of the last comic, we see sanji's reaction: suddenly very docile with big sparkly eyes and a blush and flowers around him. the text above him reads, in big red impact font, "PRINCESS MODE ACTIVATED."
