Pelican Post: A cozy narrative-driven mail delivery game!

Hey everyone, for the first time, we're going to an event in Philly! We'll be at PHL Gaming at Localhost this Saturday from 10am to 4pm! The event is free, but you need to register at: luma.com/mc9unemq

Last but not least is Nick, who is also joining the writing team to help bring our colorful characters to life. Nick is a Game Design and Development Master's student with a passion for storytelling. He enjoys gaming, cooking, sports, and spending time with his 2 cats

We also have two new writers joining the team, one of whom is Miranda! She's helping to bring our characters to life with new dialogue. Miranda is also a 2D animator and has a background in scriptwriting and storyboarding. She spends her free time drawing, gaming, and obsessing over characters.

We have some new team members to introduce! First is Rylan, who is helping with marketing and social media. He recently graduated from RIT with his Master's in Marketing and Communication, specializing in social media. He loves art, going to cafes, and late-night conversations.

If players found eighty gnomes during the event, we said we would reveal a new character. We didn't quite make it, but we were still impressed with 62 gnomes found, so we still wanted to tease the new character! We'd love to see your guesses!

We had a really successful time at @rocgamefest.bsky.social! We got to show off a little peek at our platforming rework. We also held a side quest for attendees to participate in, with eight gnomes hidden around the event.

Find four of the eight gnomes hidden around the event to get an exclusive holographic sticker! If everyone finds eighty total gnomes during the event, we'll reveal a new character!

There's a new twist to the gnome hunt this time around, too!

Hi everyone, long time no see! We'll be at @rocgamefest.bsky.social next week with Pelican Post! This year, it's at RIT's SHED on September 27th, from 11-5. There will also be another chance to find gnomes around the event and get a holographic Clyde sticker!

Welcome to Port Pleasant! Pelican Post is a cozy narrative game about delivering mail to a town of charming characters and building community.

We're incredibly proud to announce that we won the Grand Prize and Excellence in Narrative awards at RPI GameFest this past weekend! We were also a finalist in the Visual Art category! We were incredibly proud to show off all our hard work this semester and have it recognized!

AND we’ll also be taking Pelican Post to RPI Games Fest at the Tech Valley Center of Gravity in Troy, NY. Unfortunately both events overlap, but we hope that this gives more people the opportunity to play! Hope to see you there!

Surprise! We’re gonna be at not one, but TWO events this Saturday. We’ll be at Imagine RIT in the MAGIC Lab where we work for the Maker’s program (that’s MSS-3140, on the second floor of MAGIC) from 10AM to 5PM. Come play Pelican Post, alongside our friends Unholy Roller and Bait and Tackle!
