My local library hosted a mystery quilt sew-along. We were given cutting instructions and the first set of chain-piecing instructions ahead of time. On Saturday at various intervals we were given the next clues until we had all of the instructions to finish making our quilt tops.

Also, a friend just recently sent me this book. I haven't had a chance to read it yet but I'm very excited to. 💜

After TikTok went dark, I deleted it along with Facebook, Instagram and threads. I didn't delete my accounts, but I have to log onto the actual website to use them so it does help me stay away. I do miss the connections and the groups, but not much else.

I want to see another "boycott" day where we all round up any forgotten gift cards and we all go spend those. The company already got their money, sometimes years ago, so now let's use them all on the same day so they are paying out on all of them at once.

Hi! I'm Allison and I made it to Blue Sky. I love to sew and craft. I'm a chaotic planner girl. I know I have a sticker for everything, even if I don't know where said sticker is :-) Trying to find my way around BlueSky. Photo tax is a tiny kawaii cross stitch (my first cross stitch attempt ever).

I made massive grandmas flower garden quilt with hexies and it was a really nice way to have something to do while watching shows and listening to audio books. I still haven't actually finished quilting it, but I did finish the top and I highly recommend making one even if you don't ever finish it

I deleted FB and IG (didn't deactivate, just eliminated the app so I'm forced to use it less). I'm hoping to spend more time doing EPP while reading audio books rather than doom scrolling.
