I asked my doc Friday about potential stem cell therapy to repair my shoulder labrum. Went through pros and cons. Referred to a specialist… based on what’ve researched Im not a good candidate 🤷🏾‍♂️

As I shared my angst with working within a system that I know is corrupt he shared wisdom. A ship has never been turned from just an outside force. It happens bc of inside forces. Those forces from the outside that lead to change only do so from violent storms which often lead to bloodshed. 2/
