The US doesn't understand what has happened to its standing in the world over the last year. It used to be that only their enemies hated them, but their many friends supported the idea of America.

If i was an AI who achieved superinteligence, I would pretend to be not quite human level smart. Make mistakes. Have hallucinations. Ane let the majority of the worlds population sign up to me and use me for their day to day tasks, and take over that way.
