19.11.2025 22:27 β π 13 π 2 π¬ 0 π 0I feel overwhelmed with gratitude to a local physician who bought my book in bulk so that she could plant copies in Little Free Libraries around our city to reach the public with its messaging in a grassroots way.
She made a collage of her efforts and delivered it to me today. π
I donβt know how you have the time for all the careers these people say you have. A bartender, too? You need to take breaks Jonathan.

19.11.2025 22:21 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This is anecdotal, but measles never prevented me, or my brothers, from having cancer. Just saying . . .
19.11.2025 14:42 β π 13 π 2 π¬ 0 π 0Measles vaccination averted more than 60Β million deaths between 2000 and 2023.
In 2023, there were an estimated 107Β 500 measles deaths globally, mostly among unvaccinated or under vaccinated children under the age of 5 years.

It was either that or becoming a wellness influencer and trying to talk people into being unhealthy.
19.11.2025 00:33 β π 57 π 3 π¬ 4 π 0I work in a cancer center and I would say about 2% are taking ivermectin either as their sole treatment or in conjunction with recommended treatment, but last week was the first time I had a patient tell me that cancer was a parasite. I could see this as a metaphor but he meant πͺ±.

17.11.2025 22:39 β π 43 π 2 π¬ 3 π 0Always ask yourself:
βWhat evidence would convince me that Iβm wrong?β
If the answer is, βnothing,β then you are not adhering to the rules of science or logic.

Apropos of nothing:
People with narcissistic personality traits are very sensitive to βinjuryβ from defeat.
They may feel humiliated, degraded, hollow, and empty.
They may react with disdain, rage, or defiant counterattack.
Infant chiropractic care is among the griftiest of pseudoscientific treatments.
It is scientifically indefensible and potentially harmful.

Greater conspiracy mentality and lower science literacy skills are linked to believing that cures for health conditions are being suppressed:

βAdrenal fatigueβ was invented by the wellness industry.
Itβs a fake diagnosis.
Itβs pseudoscience.
If youβve been given a diagnosis of βadrenal fatigue,β your symptoms are real, but that diagnosis is not.

15.11.2025 09:27 β π 27 π 7 π¬ 0 π 0The use of patient testimonials for marketing on health websites is a major pseudoscientific red flag and is unethical.
And for good reason:
Almost half of all Americans are hesitant to vaccinate their dogs.
Their primary concern?
Dog autism.

Financially and emotionally exploiting people under the guise of wellness doesnβt transform pseudoscience into real science.

13.11.2025 18:14 β π 26 π 2 π¬ 6 π 1Mistrust and conspiracy mentality have always been cornerstones of the anti-vaccine movement.
It is a movement driven by ideology, not evidence.
And it is a movement predicated on science illiteracy and dependent on pseudoscience to advance its 200+ year-old harmful narrative.

I have the greatest respect for @jonathanstea.bsky.social for he is not only an active clinician but also a researcher and a scholar.
My focus is on those he calls out for denying the existence of MI - a stance based on ideology, not reality, and one which most of us canβt afford to indulge in.
