A halved onion bagel (you actually canโt tell itโs onion but I know because I cut it!) on a red plate, showing the medium-airy interior of the bagel
Half of that same onion bagel loaded with cream cheese, hot smoked salmon, red onions, and capers. Tomatoes on the side because if Iโd put them on, all the other toppings wouldnโt have been visible!
An excellent thing that happened yesterday is I made two dozen sourdough bagels: one doz for a dear friend and one for us, and they were PERFECT, and I about died of happiness at dinner time.
