Marilyn Crispell. Quartet Improvisations Paris 1986.
This is the only Marilyn Crispell album I have, which seems like a strange oversight. For someone with such an extraordinary career I don’t see her name mentioned nearly as often as it should be. One for fans of Cecil Taylor who want to explore further.

Camayenne Sofa were the Federal Orchestra of Conakry II, which encompassed the suburb of Camayenne. On vocals, left to right - Mamady Kala Camara, Zézé Guilavogui and Youssouf Bah. Jean Baptiste Williams, the chef d'orchestre, is on lead guitar, and his solo borrows from the Super Rail Band's "Sinsimba".
