It's time... Today is the initial release of the chapter 1 demo for #DioramaBreak! I'm the lead character artist, focusing mainly on the (pixel art) dialogue portraits and CGs, but I also helped with character designs and guided the overall art direction early on

Steady Bears was also an exceptionally good gameplay/music/visual fit (also another great pun i did not realise until finishing the entire game and saw @megaminerjenny.bsky.social mention it)

Rolled credits on @tempolab.games's Bits and Bops, lovely game!! Music/gameplay my favs are the fireworks one and Ocean Mixtape 🥰. All the visuals and designs are so good (the ant one is sooo charming!!). And they are masters at understated puns

We may have hit our limit at 'The Peril' with no working pitons.. considering enabling assist modes, maybe after one last try.. the mechanics, survival and everything have been a joy and have really expanded my mind on game design 😊 congrats!

Been playing through with my wife and the first time this happened she was so mad at losing like 30mins of progress 😭 (but she got back there so much quicker the second time hehe) totally didnt expect to be able to fall after the QTE, brutal!

omg this made me remember how difficult the Jumper 2 version of this was with its added momentum... i also played J2 before J1 as a kid so that was my introduction to the level!

Started playing and fell in love with the climbing mechanic immediately 😍 congratulations!!

If Rhythm Doctor wouldn't sell in Asia, overall we would have 62% less sales and 54% less revenue... Maybe there's bias because it's a rhythm game but nonetheless...

Localization to Chinese, Japanese and Korean (CJK) is still very underrated!!

I am really grateful that the response to the finale has been great. Its a big weight off. and grateful to my team that is simultaneously working more and complaining less (Idk what is wrong with me rn). and still looking forward to playing Unbeatable and Bits and Bops and joining in the hype :')

so its now a guilt that i havent been able to contribute much to work stuff combined with the lingering exhaustion. ADOFAI also has various work im dreading to get back to. just writing this as a big excuse i am sorry i did not reply to so many people thank you for understanding

after about 1.5 months not seeing a single one of my friends or having any exercise (something i used to be so proud of..) i met up with some , and a few people told me 'you look really really tired'

Sounds selfish but I was actually really looking forward to doing nothing once Rhythm Doctor released, and sleeping well every day. Like that was a promise (from me to myself) "after RD releases you'll finally be able to take time to relax!" and when that day never comes. something inside me snaps

So sorry to all the messages i have not replied to. Since launch i have been alternating between the exhaustion of moving house, family commitments, travelling and being sick. now im down with a fever and sore throat. i have 1 day at home tmr then another flight i cant avoid. im going crazy!!!
