"Choices" aren't real choices when we've been so heavily conditioned by trauma that we are blind to our options and resources.
Questions like "Why didn't you leave?" & "Why did you keep repeating those patterns?" assume agency that we literally don't comprehend when we're down the rabbit hole.

Young people with experience of being out of education, employment and training will help shape policy as part of a new Youth Guarantee Advisory Panel.
A new youth panel is being set up to help advise the Labour government on the Youth Guarantee - ensuring all 18-21yr olds can work or learn.
The panel will contain those with experience of being out of education, employment & training. It will discuss the barriers they face & how to overcome them.
