"Choices" aren't real choices when we've been so heavily conditioned by trauma that we are blind to our options and resources.

Questions like "Why didn't you leave?" & "Why did you keep repeating those patterns?" assume agency that we literally don't comprehend when we're down the rabbit hole.

You do not feel bad because you are "disordered." You feel bad because CPTSD has poisoned your beliefs about yourself & your options.

Thats not a "disorder," that's an injury-- & injuries can heal w/ the proper care.

Arthritis is more common amongst 55-64 year olds in the North of England (28%) than in the South (23%). Just 51% of people in the North East and Yorkshire are seen for treatment within the national 3 week target, compared to 79% in the South West www.thenhsa.co.uk/2025/06/olde...

You're not as bothersome or burdensome as Trauma Brain is trying to convince you you are.

Yes, you might bug some people-- but so does every human. Our conditioning tries to tell us we're a huge inconvenience for breathing, that everyone resents-- but that's BS (Belief Systems).

Blaming & shaming pupils parents /caregivers doesn't break intergenerational trauma. Pupils will blame themselves, this is what traumatised kids do.Its never about blame because where does it stop? It's about supporting pupils to heal & do things differently.🧠🌱
