I wish I could just abandon the notion of value in my speech, but it's deeply ingrained in my mind. I can definitely say I enjoy what you have to say though 😊

For me, I think it caused me to moralize being quiet. Which contributes to my social anxiety of feeling like I'm annoying when I speak.
