I import flexible packaging from China. Right on my customs invoice there is a line item for a 25% duty on Chinese goods. This is the fee that I pay, not my vendor in China. I pass this surcharge onto my clients. My vendor doesn't pay a red cent. It is a tax paid by us.

So saw this coming. In 4 years, there will be a "national emergency" that will require all elections to be canceled. Trump or his pick will take office and the dismantling of our nation will be complete. It's happened in so many places around the world.
