I've met Sir Humphrey a couple of times. He's an 'interesting' chap. One of those times he was in disguise, inspecting one of his pubs undercover.

But they tell us it will be different this time. For reasons that apparently can't be explained beyond Labour will do it differently.

Football is bad for it and it makes taking public transport, before and after, very awkward at times. Boxing is vastly worse and it has the heady mix with steroids. I've stopped going as a result.

But, pricing in the UK is based on proven clinical effects. So, the company could do a better job of proving the effects or accept it is worth less money. The alternative is taking money from elsewhere, where it produces greater patient benefits to pay excessively for this.

What may contribute to this is a fear of him winning given how vindictive he is. It's still shameful false equivalence though.

Odd that a suggestion to maintain this platform as a constructive engagement space, enhancing the usefulness, is viewed so negatively by a select few, who ironically don't want this platform to end up like Twitter. Remarkable.

It's the same for me. It's the sort of thing I'd love to study, or for someone else to study. It's a fascinating aspect of human behaviour.

Years ago at an event there was a session on changes in human behaviour. Just as a side note the speaker had an example that stuck with me. The change in behaviours between in person to online and in car conduct. I guess both have distance between the person and the target?

Part of the problem he has now is that the apology has left open avenues for questioning which he can't easily address. It's failed the primary purpose of closing this chapter from his side as a result. He comes across as ticking boxes and not actually engaging.

He's shredded the position he's adopted for the campaign already. Irretrievably in my view. Patriot, statesman, honest, details, planning. All shredded before the manifesto is out. Incredible. However, he's too vain/deluded to resign. Actively driving voters away is a remarkable "achievement".

Potentially yes, Sunak is performing so poorly that the point where the risk of keeping keeping him is too high is close. The immediate risk for Sunak is if Mordaunt performs well against Farage. He could shift from a presidential to a cabinet campaign approach, but he won't.
