Maybe not FPS/Performance, but it's certainly resolved egregious graphical issues like textures or shaders streaming in incorrectly

Sometimes a simple line is all you need

And they had better worship well, 'cause I'm all too happy to start crunching countries off the map until they do~

The journey from small prey to a predator with the whole world at your whim is something to behold. And you had better respect Zeem now that your fate is in his paws!

Agreed for sure - and as someone who played it at release I still extremely recommend it to any turn-based JRPG fan.

Yeaaah Skies of Arcadia might not have revolutionary game systems but it's story and characters are very hard not to fall in love with

Yeah, it's a technically correct depiction of skating but wholly detached from any actual skateboarding culture. I don't think that stops the gameplay being enjoyable but it definitely hampers the overall feel for sure. Skating is more than just sanctioned tricks and clothing brands.

UT99 is forever my GOAT, but this is also excellent

Speaking of censored hip-hop, I still get a laugh out of watching the music video to NWA's Appetite For Destruction. It's such an incredibly explicit song and the extent they fall over themselves in order to get it television friendly is quite something to behold

While I have been enjoying the new Skate, the most ridiculous thing about it is that the soundtrack includes the hip hop track 'Full Clip' by Gang Starr - but with all references to guns and violence censored

Presumably they want you to think the 'full clip' is a YouTube video

A poor film and a terrible godzilla film but I'll be damned if it isn't still high tier macro trash, especially if you're paw-aligned

It's one of the few skating games that really humble you and make you appreciate the small victories - and if you're lucky, you might just chain a few of them together!

(Session is a tough skating game and this took way more attempts than you might think hah)
