[1] Initial diagnosis of infection (usually: sepsis/PNA).

[2] Tracking procal to determine length of ABX.

PS: there are *absolutely* situations where cefepime is superior, most notably:

- CNS infections (cefepime has superior CNS penetration)

- Bacteria with inducible AmpC genes.

And these are both generally good drugs.

A middle-aged healthy patient undergoes colonoscopy under propofol sedation.

Colonoscopy is unremarkable.

Post-procedure, the patient doesn't wake up and has rhythmic movements involving the legs as shown here.

Labs are normal.

What might be going on?
