Note: all cultures fabricate "truths" and "falsehoods" which do not rest on empirical foundations. Our own culture is shockingly untethered from (pre)historical, biophysical, and super-physical reality. Indeed civilization has been drifting away from ground truth, for millennia.

The future we actually got hasn't fully arrived yet: severe & rapid population crash, deurbanization, decentralization, end of global supply chain, loss of mass market digital tech. (This is the consensus of academics working in relevant fields since the 1970s.)

Clear evidence for intelligence need not suggest its nature or origin, besides "not human". Skepticism is necessary for investigations of individual cases. But it's very clear that the prolific debunkers are working an agenda, likely for an agency.

You could add to this: 1) learn farming, metallurgy, fabric-working, or construction. 2) relocate away from urban areas, coastlines, and river valley floodplains (i.e. most of the US housing stock). 3) embrace traditional shamanism.

Per the scholars who've looked most closely at the meta-crisis, e.g. William Rees and James Hansen, it's clear that civilization raced off the cliff decades ago. There are now no practical ways to avoid large-scale population collapse and obliteration of the global supply chain by 2050.
