Sorry this happened. It’s important to remind ourselves we didn’t deserve that and it’s not ok it happened.

I’m a provider working for a federally funded org and now I’m wondering how this will impact the entire org that provides medical and mental health services to thousands of individuals not to mention the jobs of hundreds of people.

Absolutely this. Their absence is heavy in the air all the time. The silence is so loud. Even when I sense their presence.. it is still a reminder of their absence. If that makes sense.. it hurts at least a little all the time.
