It seems that her work was first cited by Pontecorvo in 1972 in his ICHEP contribution.

The second paper mentioning the secret neutrino interactions seems to be by Dimitri Yu. Bardin, Samoil M. Bilenky, and Bruno Pontecorvo from 1970. The work by Zofia Bialynicka-Birula is not mentioned in that article. inspirehep.net/literature/6...
