As you can imagine, transporting these locomotives is not cheap, nor is their restoration. So we’ve decided to help them out by commissioning some special keyrings, all proceeds from these will be donated directly to the ITG to help them in their efforts.

As many of you will have seen, our friends in The Irish Traction Group have started to move their stored diesels to the Downpatrick and County Down Railway museum. We congratulate our volunteer colleagues in the ITG for their perseverance and dedication to preserving these classic Irish locos.
