Like most civil servants, I don't talk about my work much on social media (or politics) as it's important that the Department communicates through official channels. continuing-professional-development@digital.education.gov.uk is the best way to get help from my teams for operational issues.

Hello to my new edu-sky followers! For those who I've not met, I've been a DfE civil servant for 16 years and am currently the senior official responsible for DfE's work on teacher and school leader CPD. My teams have overseen delivery of ECF and the new NPQs and advise ministers on CPD policy.
