Today we were learning about ‘was’ and ‘were’ in the past tense for Grammar. The children had to select a sentence from the tub and decide whether the sentence was missing ‘was’ or ‘were.’

For Writing this week we wrote recipes to make playdough. The children noticed that we had run out of playdough and suggested making their own. Once their recipes were complete they put them to the test to make their own playdough for the classroom!
