I don't know if it's a getting older thing, or a state of the world thing, or something that's changed in me since my ASD diagnosis, but the thought of the terror that poor woman experienced made me feel sick.

When I was younger, I enjoyed true crime content. I just tried listening to a podcast and the discussion around a young woman being murdered, while a voice actor put on a grisly voice pretending to be the killer, was so upsetting that I had to just stop.

The mental health nurse told me I needed to start getting out of the house and going for walks. So today I went for a stupid walk for my stupid mental health, and it DID make me feel better actually so… fair enough.

I just remembered going to a first aid training course with a colleague who'd never done one before (I'd done like 6 at that point) and he asked me if we'd be practicing CPR on the other attendees, like we did bandages the day before.
