We made rolls! They’re stuffed with beef and potato, coated in spiced breadcrumbs, I made the spice blend at home, just a bunch of random seasonings that I thought would work. But they turned out great and crispy!

Are rolls fattening? Is it the oil? Easily fixable I think with an air fryer?

I want to talk about a friendship dynamic I have come across; and I think it isn’t talked about too often.

Here’s what you do for that! You wet the dedicated coconut with either coconut milk ( maggi pol kiri) or water, and you put it in the microwave for 1 minute and it fluffs up nicely. Make sure it’s all wet but not swimming. I use dedicated coconut all the time and it’s bone dry too!

As an asian, I’ve always only really eaten and enjoyed savoury meals for breakfast. It’s gotten to a point where if I have a sweet product for breakfast my day isn’t that great and I get headaches, feel lethargic etc. Wonder why?

I am considering removing auto-correct on my phone to see if it would help. Dictation was a strength, how did I let this happen?

We're using our brains and our bodies less and less as the days go by thanks to automation.

Autocorrect is ruining my ability to spell.
Typing is ruining my ability to use my hands and write.

I've become a bit too reliant on autocorrect, I didn't even realise it happening until I had to write out a letter and I had to pause on multiple occasions to remember how to spell certain words.
