re-reading your own fics is great and all, because they're written to your exact tastes. But also I often find myself editing a two year old fic because of new moments of "he would not say that."

I think I had the unfair comparison of having enjoyed novocaine earlier this year, which is another one or those 'worst day of a guy's life' movies, but with an actor I really like. I realised at the end of the film that I probably had been subconsciously comparing them.

it's not a /good/ movie, it's kinda all over the place and the dialogue is stilted in places, but all the actors are very charming and there are a lot of fun parts.

I really enjoyed drive away dolls, and this wasn't as good.

lol. it was a fine caper, but I'm not a big austin butler fan, and it really felt like a vehicle for him. Plus, I couldn't get over the suspension of disbelief of how he got caught up in it all in the first place.
