Trump’s big, bullshit bill will add $2.4 TRILLION to the deficit just so his rich friends can get a tax cut.

If passed, Trump’s latest scheme would blow a $2.4 trillion hole in the national debt to give handouts to billionaires and gut healthcare. Meanwhile, the latest jobs report shows fewer jobs and more folks struggling. So much for making America great. I guess that was never the plan.

I had a great time visiting with the Columbia University Dems and Louisiana Dems Vice Chair Katie Darling about the work our party is doing in Rural/Red America!

I read this morning that patriotism is on the rise — in Canada. And as the U.S. pulls back from its moral and economic commitments, European nations are stepping up to lead through uncertain times. Trump might just be making everywhere but America great again.

So let me get this straight—gutting democracy, torching the economy, and dividing a nation and world is what counts as ‘making America great again’? Just making sure I’m reading the dystopian manual correctly.

Now it’s time for new leaders to hit the trail and take the reins to the good work our party—and our state—deserve.

In Sep, I announced that I wouldn’t seek reelection as
@WyoDems Chair in 25. This role has been a highlight of my political life. The work is never easy, but it’s worth every effort—and I've worked with incredible staff, leaders, and volunteers from WY and across the nation.

Senator Simpson had a way of making you feel welcome, of reminding you not to take yourself too seriously, and of bringing people together with a sharp wit and big heart. Like many others, I mourn his passing and am grateful for his legacy of service, leadership, humor, and decency.

Never before have I seen and heard a POTUS behave more shamefully and disgracefully than Donald Trump did today.

Republicans have been accusing Democrats of wanting to defund the police for years. Meanwhile, the Wyoming Freedom Caucus is busy turning that conspiracy theory into a to-do list.

2/2 The real danger is the erosion of our democratic values under the guise of protecting a faith that isn't under threat.

1/2 Christianity is not under attack in America. To say otherwise serves as a smokescreen for policies and behaviors that are truly harmful. It's weaponizing religion to justify bigotry and control. It's about using fear to consolidate power.

It's been a long time since John Barrasso had any credibility as a senator, but hearing him vote aye on forwarding the nomination of RFK Jr for HHS Secretary must have shredded whatever was left of his credibility in the field of medicine.
