Especially useful in joinery and other #woodworking.

I’ve invented a new unit of measurement. It’s called the microgajillimeter. It’s an SI unit, of course. #Woodworking

Love these panel clamps! I wish they made a size even smaller, like down to 3” wide or less. I make a lot of yo-yos, and my standard panel is 3”x25”x3/4”, which I then plane down and chop up for yo-yos.

The crazy thing about firing all of these federal employees is that they tend to be underpaid, super hardworking, in it for the right reasons, idealistic people who could’ve worked in industry or pharma and made way more money but they truly believed in the mission and the good they were doing.

Thurmond was the same age as Booker when he set the record Senator Cory Booker just broke.

Thurmond was afforded a bathroom break and read from the encyclopedia. Booker held the floor the entire time and delivered a consistent, cogent speech for more than 24 hours.

Tonight I wrapped my arms around my 9yo & we watched @booker.senate.gov break Strom Thurmond's record. I told her what Thurmond's filibuster was against. We talked a bit about why Sen. Booker was protesting. When he passed 24h18m she kissed my cheek & I felt hope. For her. For us. Thank you Senator

I may be tired and a little hoarse, but as I said again and again on the Senate floor, this is a moment where we cannot afford to be silent, when we must speak up.

Leavitt is straight up lying. She says “it’s not true” that just a tattoo & a clothing brand can get you sent to El Salvador.

But here is the document filed in court by Homeland Security. It clearly states that a tattoo (4pts) & dress (4pts) adds up to 8pts needed to be declared a TDA “terrorist”.

Trans people have a right to live full and fulfilled lives without having to constantly defend their right to exist.
Trans rights are human rights.
