* New items! Version 2.13 introduces three new player tools: invisibility potions, gas mines, and slowfall potions.

* The Training Mission has been enlarged and improved to incorporate the features introduced in recent updates

* Many new subtitles and translations make TDM even more accessible

* AI vision has been extensively reworked. Guards' detection of loot or bodies is now much more sensible and consistent, respecting local illumination levels better than previously.

* New assets! New textures, objects, and NPC animations make the TDM world even richer

And with 16 missions released in 2024, the past year was one of our most productive.We got to enjoy a variety of new content, from clever little set pieces to huge sprawling campaigns.Our mapper community, TDM's greatest asset, continues to produce fun and atmospheric missions for everyone to enjoy.

TDM celebrated its 15th birthday this October.To continue as strong as ever after such a long time is quite a feat of longevity,and we decided to mark the occasion with a little contest that attracted some very high-quality missions.Congrats to all who participated

The Dark Mod - Stealth Gaming in a Gothic Steampunk World

The Dark Mod is a free first-person stealth game inspired by the Thief series by Looking Glass. It has almost 200 fan-made missions to download and comes with its own level editor.
