AAA studios have historically tried to design games for the hardware that customers are going to have in the future, not the hardware they have now.

Tektolyst artifact = focus weapon to buy with the boss resource on rebellion
(Which gives access to operator mods)
Zenurik = one of the 5 focus schools
Oraxia = a warframe
Duviri = a different closed world

I got my first artifact and then fully left the game mode to only be played when I have resource boosters

It's waaay to big a grind. I know it's supposed to be one of the last things you do but it's just boring after 50+ runs

Obviously environmental storytelling is preferred to the rest but you can't tell everything through the environment. Much less make it connect enough for all players without said guidance

I always prefer mid-combat lore. Like echos from Borderlands. Albeit those you can replay whenever you want

To me the worst way to give lore is a cutscene or dialogue box since they'll stop the game fully and remove both player agency and world connection

If I remember correctly, those look like pressure lines. As in, the screen is too fastened. You can get a similar issue by having something lean against a screen

In other words, that's a manufacturing error. That sucks!
