My father, who is now in a memory care facility, used to do this, answer the phone if my mother wasn't around to intercept it. Thankfully, he hasn't been with it enough to give out SS numbers or bank account info. I sometimes wonder if Trump is at the same point in his mental decline.

I've heard some conjecture that it appears he can't read because he wouldn't be caught dead wearing glasses of any kind, especially readers. I'd be hard pressed to believe that someone with his upbringing was completely illiterate, but maybe functionally so. Still, he shouldn't be in his job.

We just put my dad in memory care this year due to dementia. The Felon-in-Chief isn't far behind, IMHO.
