Yes and while doing some form of progressive overload you’ll always have some soreness, so if you waited until that fully went away, I feel like you’re leaving a lot of progress behind. Eventually even that tiny bit of soreness becomes background noise with consistency.

In regards to Microsoft and their involvement and profit in a genocide, I understand getting up and doing stuff for a cause can be a big shift for someone, but simply not spending money, just sitting around and doing nothing by not buying something, should be the easiest and least one can do.
