It's almost like all their pledges were utter bullshit 🙄.

None of the 3 who left had even a single mention of lgbt or transgender on their bluesky. speaks volumes of their so called "support" for us.

Defecting to Your Party as an elected official is just weird.

It means either a) you're joining a party with no policies, because that's all going to be decided democratically. Right? Right? b) you've been promised what the party policy platform will be, and the democratic angle is a bit of a lie

Your Party refuses to speak up against transphobia. the trans community needs support too but they were all to quick to ditch us for "gender critical" voices and mp's.

I'm so sick of discourse from supposed allies about where trans people went wrong.

Where we "went wrong" is that billionaires spent unimaginably large sums to attack us repeatedly and major media outlets have spent a decade piling on.

As an active supporter of thrifting and someone who was at one point too scared to shop in public, marketplaces like Vinted give people a safe place to explore themselves through fashion, affordably.

Shame they have been advertising on GB news. Join in if you think they should rethink that.

I work for an NHS trust so its a pretty devastating sign of things to come...

Grim. An NHS trust that was defending a Dr against transphobia has now decided to ban transgender colleagues from single sex spaces.

That's one NHS trust down before final guidance is even released!

Gross. Lgbtqi+ Unison members need to make some noise as Unison have said they support trans rights. This backing tells a different story.

As expected of the Lib Dems tbh. More wishful thinking trying to converse and reason with those who want us eliminated from public life🤦‍♀️.

Why are you mis-informing your readers?

Trans rights are human rights and Labour with this appointment show us they are committing to more anti-trans policy.

You need to join a progressive party that lets your values shine. Labours just an anti migrant, gender critical, ableist party now.

Yeah it is troubling for me too at the moment, but my mortgage needs paying and there's not many full time jobs available near me.

Not gonna pretend that I dont feel bad working for the NHS with what its been doing regarding transgender care though.

I work for the NHS as an admin assistant.
I'm openly trans and have only received respect from other colleagues and my managers.

However they're still a government org so I expect they'll follow the EHRC final guidance.

The flexible working makes it worthwhile for me
