Yesterday my younger daughter (9) was doing homework and apparently messed something up. While erasing her mistake, she shook her head and dismissively muttered “peasants these days” to herself.

Guys. It finally happened.
Gen X’er here. I often help my 6th grader with math homework, and this week she pulled out some new math methods I’d never seen before.
I had no idea what was happening and totally couldn’t keep up. Dang if she didn’t get the right answer every time, though!
