translate can accomplish in its current model. All this to say, the fact that I was able to communicate clearly and effectively with zero errors or confusion was kind of mind blowing. It brought me closer into a community that I would have had no or limited ability to interact with otherwise.

I realized it can actually be helpful is when I was in a French speaking community on Twitch. I used a neural net language translation tool called deepl. It's accuracy and ability to translate colloquialisms and turns of phrase into an equivalent in each language far exceeds anything Google [2/3]

I'm not an AI bro but I have to ask how specifically they implemented it. I can't lie that AI has actual practical use cases that could greatly benefit stuff like cancer research and such but obviously it has been abused to hell and back for nefarious and selfish gain.
