Sora's power is in connections meaning on his own he's competent but beatable, but with Donald and Goofy they're way beyond the sum of their parts.

If it helps any doing 5-3-2-4 in that order probably gets you the smoothest quest chain

Wrapped up all the endings last week myself but these changes are incredible.

Even without the trinities all the equipment you're going to put on Donald and Goofy and their abilities like MP Gift mean they'll be straight up better than any of the temp party members.

Only real exception is Tarzan and that's only because it's so early in the game.

More Time Stranger observations:
Armors and Hybrids being unlocked when they are interestingly serves as something of a consolation prize for players who didn't build Agent Rank through sidequests.

That way even players who can't get Perfects yet can still upgrade post-Factory pre-Abyss

I do think if you engage too much on everything, you genuinely become insane that you'll just say literally anything.

Hello adult levels

Evolution in Time Stranger being tied to your quest progress has the neat side effect of you being stuck with Child-levels for a while. Means whenever you do face an Adult it genuinely feels like a boss.

This (along with the Beatbreak anime) letting the Child-levels fight is quite refreshing

4 or so hours into Digimon Story Time Stranger and this has already fixed most of my issues with Cyber Sleuth.

There's a lot more plot stuff to hang onto early on, and the attack chips + Reverse allow for a lot more freedom in teambuilding.

If you're going to have a bad attitude about it why not just skip the game and play like silent hill or time stranger or something.

The Jedi Order also likely falls out with the Republic over the course of the war. We'd see a lot more defectors as it becomes increasingly clear the Republic doesn't know what they're doing until they eventually withdraw from the war entirely.

Without a charismatic leader I think the Republic fails to mobilize in the same way and is more vulnerable to scandal.

End result is probably a treaty that establishes the CIS as a semi-autonomous sector, not quite independent but with a lot more pull.

People have already said plenty on Sunshine so I'll add that Galaxy 2 has some interesting historical context itself. In a lot of ways it's a predecessor of sorts to 3D Land and 3D World, both as a shift to more linear level design and even down to individual gimmicks that carry over
