🌟I was walking home, thinking about how my everyday routine could've been spent playing a Kingdom Hearts game.

Each step I took, could've been an AP point allocated in Missing Link. We really could've had a special game, with weekly/monthly content to enjoy and a community to connect with

I was looking forward to Missing Link so much. I loved the era it was set in. I loved the fact that it was a mobile game. I loved the fact that it was a GPS-based game. Everything we heard or saw about the game had me so excited.

This is similar to how I interpret Roxas and Xemnas. Roxas is able to break free from that emotionless state, but Xemnas keeps steady on the path that was chosen for him. The path he thinks SHOULD give him fulfillment.

I should replay this game.

Thinking about it now I probably relate to Roxas now more than ever. I've been stuck at my job for 5 years now and I absolutely hate it. It leaves me feeling drained and hollow. I look forward to time spent with friends but that hollowness has spread to other parts of my life. It's a numb feeling.

I dont know what other characters in the series could give us something like that. Maybe a Strelitzia Starbucks sim 😂

One thing that makes Days so special, though, is how mundane it is. We're playing as an employee at a day job. The characters were living a life. They hung out casually, they complained about their boss, they had a room to go back to. It wasn't an adventure, just a life.

I hope one day we get another game like Days. A smaller budget game focused entirely side characters. Like a fortellers game would be so hype. I guess this could also be Verum Rex
