The Trump admin just announced they're "settling the lawsuit" with Missouri to get rid of "the Biden administration's illegal SAVE plan," which means every one of the 450k borrowers who enrolled in it and have been in forbearance are going to be scrambling to get into a new, less favorable IDR plan.

Extending something jacket-length to robe-length isn't terribly hard if the jacket isn't super tailored at the waist/hip, so it could be a very viable option.
