With the full White Paper expected later today, our response is clear: without proper funding, strong regional planning, and better monitoring, this will fall short of the transformational change our rivers, communities, and economy need.

Now is not time for half measures.

This morning’s government press release on their Water White Paper highlights some positive steps, but also raises serious concerns.
