Please, think of the ALs in your life.
It was a Fostex. 1/2" I think. Yeah, tracks 1 and 8 were always used for less critical sounds.

16.02.2026 00:09 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Food: "American food" is the punchline to a joke. And it's not like there isn't a lot of excellent food in America, but it is literally a PUNCHLINE.
Oh, but there's a culture where it's even more a punchline: English-Scots-Irish.
Name two American composers. Who are the first two that come to mind?
Probably Scott Joplin and Aaron Copland. An African-American who studied Bach and a Jew who studied with Boulanger in France (and was heavily influenced by jazz.)
This idea of an English-Scots-Irish culture is absolutely absurd.
Donβt forget who invented modern comic books. (It wasnβt white guys. White guys wouldnβt work in comics because it wasnβt real art.)
15.02.2026 23:13 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0There's Shakespeare and Milton. Those are culturally incredibly important. But let me tell you something, these White Nationalists ain't talkin' 'bout Shakespeare and Milton. They aren't talking about Purcell or Wordsworth.
They're just talking.
We fought both world wars as a multi-ethnic and multi-culture society (even WITH the segregation of the armed forces.)
The greatest cultural achievements of the US are West African music and an Eastern European Jewish theater tradition mixed with modern technology.
English-Scotts-Irish culture is worth fighting for? What is that culture? Is it music? I mean, how much do you listen to traditional music of the British Isles rather than (say) rock and roll or Viennese music?
Musical theater? That was pretty much invented by Jews on 2nd Ave.
Food? LOL. No.
