That's just it, You go for the kill and it's only going to get worse. What you see is the most they are able to do. You get enough mentions of people fighting back through violence that will simply bring in martial law and have you shot on site if disobedient pending how extreme the units get.

Own a firearm, make sure you know gun laws so you don't face legal trouble as much, and use it PURELY as self defence as in give warning and try to not kill them.
