My latest in punch needle rug hooking. A color study and my first geometric pattern, 8 1/2 inches square. Punched with Briggs and Little Rug Yarn using an Oxford No. 10 regular punch needle.

Punch needle loops are messy after the design is punched.

The true form of a snowflake emerges as the loops are trimmed and poked into place.
