This is the first drawing I started after the session, slowly working on it a little everyday, and enjoying the process. It reminds me of the type of random, surreal things I’d make I high school.

I get so wrapped up in perfection that I worry and fuss over pieces, draw less, finish late, and then stress some more. I still want to do those high priority illustrations but I need to remind myself how fun and fulfilling art aside from greater and sometimes overwhelming projects.
