I struggle with this too. Also those feelings of too much and not enough. For me it's like, too much of a burden too autistic etc but also too disabled too limited etc. But also my communication is similar. Dead silent for ages and then random bursts of info dump lol

Sorry you just. This is a big sad issue in my life too. I don't have solutions, I have found one or two new people that reciprocate. If you ever wanna get closer with me, let me know, I can message you and send you pet videos and stuff, if nothing else! And that aside I just. I get it. Its hard <3

I've also just given up on chasing people... I don't mind being the person to text first, someone needs to be that person, but if they never ever ever message me first, ever, it just feels. Really bad. I don't want to feel like I have to harrass someone to be my friend...

Which was painful as hell but god I'm so over friends that use me. It feels awful to pour your effort and care into a friendship only to have that not returned in any way or truly appreciated.

I really relate to this. I struggle a lot with the isolation of my disability, I have a small circle and I'm grateful for it. But I'm still lonely and isolated. I also just ended a friendship because while I was expected to always show up for them they showed me how much they didnt want to return it

This is helpful! I can't do much, but I am actively trying to declutter and I have some nice things I'd rather give away to someone than try to sell or let goodwill overcharge for it.

Man I wish this photographed a little more color accurate it's my favorite thing in this book so far.
