She knows this is bullshit. No question.

Blasphemous devs stay winning.

Kinda surprised because I love those games, but I didn’t think they could switch from Metroidvania to action platformer relatively painlessly.

It’s a massive upgrade over the pre-uber world, particularly if you live outside of a major metro. But I guess those people shouldn’t have access to fast, reliable taxi service.

What’s most important is that you push aside everyone who is thinking about siding with you

Does someone want to tell Scott about Index funds? It’s what us rubes are doing.

Really? Cause it seems like they win about half the time since the 90s

Call it whatever they want so it gets passed.

Theyre playing it up. Not sure there was much liberal outrage. Maybe a few people

What he said is not remotely up to debate. Are you really arguing that the democratic primary electorate of nyc resembles America’s national electorate?

Supposedly what works is to actually befriend people like this and show them that liberals or leftists or whatever your preferred term is are not terrible human beings.

*that* softens their devotion to extremism.

Meh, much preferred over someone who has already lost. Much preferred over most of the field tbh

I’m the opposite of a story-game guy, but this doesn’t seem likely.

Maybe something like Disco Elysium? I didnt play it, however everyone raves about the story.

It is being discussed here in Pennsylvania. We are trying to find ways to improve workflows with LLMs

There’s basically nothing true about the idea that the donors are stopping democrats from veering left. It’s the opposite. Rank and file voters are doing that.

But that doesn’t have anything to do with what I said, and for all you know, I am a liberal donor.

The thing with liberal donors, is that they are pushing the party left, not right.

And you can see this because they like game x, but hate game y. Despite that they hate game y for some reason that they should also dislike game x for

I think art is subjective, but people generally value certain things. Like some gamers value fairness.

What bothers is that people are inconsistent about their arguments and values because of a hidden reason they dislike a game. EG a gamer takes punishment poorly, but says it’s about fairness.

The the stock market would be way up, if democrats had Congress they might try to pass some bills. Otherwise, just lots of fighting with republicans.

Also *probably* the prosecutions of Trump would be going through a million legal hoops.

Lower resting blood pressure for just about all of us

I actually really like this about smash (not that it’s balanced. It could be. I don’t know enough to say). I like that you can fit all the different normals and special moves in your head. And there isn’t usually a wasted one for a characters.

Most other fighting games overwhelm me.

Ahhh sadly I don’t think we are going back. We are stuck in the console/pc game soup that we’ve had since the seventh generation of consoles.

it works a bit different on a national scale, but how would this work out for electorally. Are the people on the left who are mad at Starmer going to vote third party? Maybe, but not if it risks the election of a reactionary.

In order to get to 50% you need to piss off some off your partisans.

12.07.2025 16:38 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

yes, but there’s a pretty big difference between Pennsylvania, Ohio (and to a lesser extent Montana) and West Virginia.

We aren’t even competitive in I think 24 states. Something has to change

12.07.2025 13:39 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Put more simple, if we had five more Manchin’s from red states, the president’s agenda is dead on arrival. Every agenda item runs through the democrats.

The president doesn’t get a single judge or law.

That’s checkmate. It’s a lot better than 12 Lisa Murkowskis.
