If your prosperity must be bought with the blood of the innocent, you don't deserve it.

Don't waste time on guardrails. Eliminate ICE completely, get back the money wasted on it in the Bulbous Bill, and put that back into Medicaid and SNAP and whatever else it's needed for. Immigration enforcement can be rebuilt from scratch later with lessons learned.
